Moms-to-be, a yoga class designed just for you! This Prenatal Yoga class series is designed to support you through your experience as you prepare and journey into motherhood. Safe exercise while your belly bump grows- Check. Poses and hacks to help with pelvic discomfort, increasing urinary urgency and leaks- check, check, check! Poses and sequences to help prepare your body for birth- CHECK! And always, meeting you right where you are at, to find YOUR inner balance. Plus, meet other soon-to-be mommas! Class will be held at Breezeway Yoga off Kingston Pike in Knoxville. All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own. Class packs of 5 or 10 may be purchased.
Class is limited to 13 students.
This class is a 10-week series meeting Monday evenings at 6:15 pm on May 16th through Aug. 1st, excluding Monday Holidays.
